Not an amazing deal but not the worst price for a very solid guitar. Or you can pay double for a new one :)

It does seem that the frenzied spike in used guitar pricing has perhaps leveled off, or maybe even starting to drop back off a bit? For a while there stuff was flying off reverb like hotcakes, but as of late things seem to be sitting a bit longer and even some "price reduced" notifications on my watchlist. I doubt we'll ever get back to the days of old but maybe a positive sign. Harms are great and for 3 bills its a lot of guitar.

Great guitars. Live in my classic rock cover band days it was above average, but not a swiss army knife. I've used in with great success many times on studio recordings. I also got an opportunity to use it sitting in for a Tom Petty tribute band sound check and it was right at home with Petty songs. It nails Malcom Young's Gretsch AC-DC tones.

That first photo would scare me enough to send it back as the cracks are multiple and at different angles. Having said that I know virtually zero about structural repairs so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I've had a few Agiles with the same crack, the binding butts together there amd the way they do the sharp cut for the nut lends to a stress crack in the finish right there, doesn't matter if it is a scarf joint style neck, one with the volute, or even a neck through, the head stock flexes a bit too far back, it creates a crack right from the corner where they cutout the nut slot. Never have had an issue long term with them.

My AL3200 had it (why it was 1/2 off B stock), my Al3010SE had it, and I'm pretty sure my old AL2500 had it.

What do you think of the 'spider' cracks in the white?

Same thing Mickey said above.

To me it looks like just a minor finish crack in my opinion so long as the neck is straight, nothing that would bother me. Especially since the cracks are counter to the direction of pull of the strings, so likely cause by a small hit to the headstock.

If you are concerned if it is structural, remove the strings and see if there is any movement in the headstock or if the cracks expand without the pull of the strings.
